Ordering process:
You place an order by email at [email protected]

You will receive an email confirming your order, together with payment details (please refer to payment T&C). Please check that your order is reflected correctly in the email.

Payment must be made within 24 hours after order confirmation is received. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your order and item will be given up to the next customer. Priority will always be given to customers who are able to make payment first.

Shipping within Singapore usually takes 5 to 7 working days. As bags are bulky and do not fit into the standard mailbox, Singpost will deliver the bags to your doorstep. Please refer to shipping T&C. Price are fixed and non negotiable.

Payment:
Bank Account number will be given once nobrandbags have confirmed the order and let you know by email.

For I-banking users, we require your IB nick, transfer amount & time of transfer to verify the transaction. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of order/payment.

For customers who are using ATM transfers, we strictly require an image of the receipt for verification (depicting the amount transferred, and time) as proof of payment. Failure to do so will also result in forfeiture of order/payment as well.

Returns & Exchange Policy:
No refunds are available under any circumstances..
Exchanges to be done within 3 days from receipt and subject to availability of the bag otherwise you can change with other bag which have similar price.
Exchange can be done via postage/at our premises. Please email to inquiry.
Please allow one to two weeks for the processing of your return.
Exchanges to be done only if items still have dust bag/ plastic wrap otherwise the exchange will not be entertain (sorry) and the exchange also subject to nobrandbags approval.
nobrandbags is not liable for any defects/damage/lost that occurred during the passage of return or delivery.

Shipping:
Normal postage is free of charge unless otherwise stated in the online shop .
Registered Post Add SGD 2.25 to items price.
*Note for mail postage:
Items will be mailed out within 24 hours after nobrandbags received the transfer. (Shipping within Singapore usually takes 5 to 7 working days).
